Britney Spears was spotted running around town with her son Jayden James Federline in Los Angeles on Wednesday afternoon (February 10). The “Gimme More” singer started things off by heading over to Jayden’s doctor’s office in Santa Monica, where the protective mom held her son close as they got back in the car.
